How It Works
Each week, our experts will listen to your sales agents’ phone calls, and give them a scorecard for each call. The scorecard will be made up of the sales agents’ key performance indicators (KPIs) with a score from 0 to 5 for how well they are doing. Our goal is to increase how they score with hitting their KPIs each week.
