OUR PROCESS

Our free mystery shop call and web form testing will help you document how your team is doing on random leads and opportunities. Making sure your sales agents are handling the company’s opportunities in the best way possible is part of the foundation of a successful business.

We will place a random phone call as well as submit a separate web form, and from this, we’ll monitor your team’s response times, grade on those times, as well as the quality of the conversation on the phone and via email.

  • We’ll record the call and use our scoring method to determine the success of the call, and areas of improvement.
  • We’ll make recommendations on training that we believe will lead to more closed deals.
  • Provide coaching comments that will help the sales agent to improve their performance over the phone.

Web Form Test

Web Form Lead

Consists of filling in a web form on your website, pretending to be a customer.

  • We will check if you have any auto-responders set up – via SMS or email.
  • We’ll check for response time of your agents, as well as their tone/qualifying questions, and follow-up sequence.
  • We will record the submission data, emails, and conversations with the sales agents.
  • We’ll provide detailed strategies on how to improve the email, SMS, and phone conversations of the agents.
